I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. After obtaining a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, I’ve spent over 10 years supporting clients to manage emotional challenges and effect positive change in their lives.
In addition to my private practice, I have extensive counselling experience working at various Integrated Health and Rehabilitation Centres throughout Vancouver, supporting clients recovering from injury and life altering health conditions. I also previously worked as a counsellor at an alternative high school program, supporting at-risk youth in the classroom and on multi-day wilderness treks.
Both in my private practice and other counselling work, I operate from a client-centered framework, offering clients the space to better understand their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental and empathic environment. I aim to support each client on a collaborative journey toward insight, awareness, and personal growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, cycling, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
