I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. After obtaining a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University in 2013, I’ve spent 8+ years supporting clients to manage emotional challenges and effect positive change in their lives.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as a counsellor at an Integrated Health and Rehabilitation Centre providing therapy and education, to clients recovering from injury. I previously worked as a therapist at an alternative high school program, supporting at-risk youth in the classroom and on multi-day wilderness treks.
As a counsellor, I work from a client-centered framework, offering clients the space to better understand their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental and empathic environment. I aim to support each client on a collaborative journey toward insight, awareness, and personal growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, cycling, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
