About Andrew

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC# 10986). I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and have over 15 years of experience providing counselling services to individuals supporting meaningful, positive change in their lives.

In addition to my private practice, I have worked extensively in integrated healthcare and rehabilitation settings across Vancouver, supporting individuals recovering from injury and adjusting to health conditions. This experience has shaped my understanding of the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and daily functioning.

My approach is client-centered, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based practices, self-compassion, and psychoeducation, tailoring my work to meet each client’s individual needs.

Outside of my work, I enjoy yoga, cycling, skiing, and spending time in nature.
