Is counselling right for me?

Counselling can provide skills and tools to help you better manage stress, mood issues, and relationship challenges. Many clients meet with me because they feel overwhelmed or “stuck”, or are negotiating major life transitions.


In a counselling session, you’ll be able to explore your thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental and confidential environment. I work with you to help better understand and manage your emotional reactions, and identify strategies to work through them in a useful way.
